Fulvia Milite, MD
Dr. Fulvia Milite graduated from medical school and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York. After serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Milite moved to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. She subsequently became interested in Sleep Medicine and returned to New York for a six-month sleep fellowship at St Luke’s Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan.
After receiving certification in sleep medicine, Dr. Milite joined Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in the Sleep Laboratory for two and a half years. Since then, Dr. Milite has joined Mount Sinai Medical Center, Department of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. Her specific clinical and research interests include sleep disordered breathing and the cardiovascular consequences of sleep disordered breathing.
