B. Brian Paimany, MD, FACC, FASNC
Dr. B. Brian Paimany is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and nuclear cardiology. He is a distinguished Fellow of American College of Cardiology (F.A.C.C) and a distinguished Fellow of American Society of Nuclear Cardiology (F.A.S.N.C.). Additionally, Dr. Paimany is a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of NY, and the American College of Physicians. His areas of special interest include arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation, coronary artery disease, and Ultrafast Calcium Score CT. Dr. Paimany has played a significant role in conducting research with the New York Heart Research Foundation regarding these areas.
Dr. B. Brian Paimany received his training at SUNY Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn and completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital. His Cardiology fellowship was completed at the SUNY Health Sciences Center at Stony Brook. Throughout his fellowship,
Dr. Brian Paimany participated in clinical trials in the area of heart failure, which remains one of his chief areas of expertise.
Dr. B. Brian Paimany has published articles in professional journals on specific topics including Iventricular tachycardia, (cardiac arrhythmias) cardiac c-reactive protein, and three- dimensional echocardiography.
