Andressa Borges, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.A.S.N.C.
Andressa Borges, MD, FACC, FASNC is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiology, Cardiac CT, and Internal Medicine. Her areas of interest include Cardiac Imaging, and Cardiovascular Health in Women. Dr. Borges is interested in clinical research and has published articles in professional journals in the area of Cardiac Imaging. Dr. Borges speaks four languages including English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. She enjoys living on Long Island with her loving husband and talented son.
Dr. Borges served on staff at Columbia University- New York Presbyterian where she was Director of the Cardiac Diagnostic Center at the Allen Hospital. In addition, she was appointed Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at Columbia University. Dr. Borges completed her Residency and Fellowship in Cardiology and Internal Medicine at Stony Brook University. She also completed subspecialty training in Cardiac Imaging and Cardiac MRI at St. Francis Hospital-Stony Brook University.
