The Diabetes and Cardiovascular Care Partnership is a new innovative service launched by The Mount Sinai Hospital with Long Island Heart Associates, one of its affiliate locations, in order to assist in managing patient care for those with diabetes and heart disease. The Long Island Heart Associates and the New York Heart Research Foundation to Participate in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society “Light the Night Walk” at Eisenhower Park October 16, 2009 (Mineola, N.Y.)- Today, Long Island Heart Associates and the New York Heart Research Foundation will participate in the annual “Light the Night Walk” for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Melville Chapter.
