LIHA and Mount Sinai Ring the Opening Bell at the NASDAQ

Long Island Heart Associates and The Mount Sinai Medical Center were cordially invited by the NASDAQ to perform the Opening Bell Ceremony on Aug. 10, 2009.

The recent affiliation between Long Island Heart Associates and The Mount Sinai Medical Center is highly unique as it provides medical experts at Long Island Heart Associates with Mount Sinai’s unparalleled technology. The affiliation will bring world-class clinical and surgical cardiovascular care to patients on Long Island. The host of the event, Silvia Davi, Vice President of Corporate Communication, Global Broadcast, and Media Strategy at NASDAQ OMX stated, “Every business day, we have great icons of all industries to ring the opening and closing bell right here at NASDAQ OMX and these medical facilities are no exception.”
