The Impact of Energy Drinks on Your Heart

If this number is shocking, the number of deaths possibly related to energy drinks might be enough to keep you from reaching for that infamous blue and silver can the next time you’re crammed for time and too tired to focus.

Aside from having a direct effect on your central nervous and cardiovascular systems, the so-called “energy” drink is designed to give your body and mind a boost of energy for only a short time.
